Conference report Regional conference Winning through twinning - Mangaung
The Association of Flemish Cities and Municipalities (VVSG) organized a regional conference on international municipal cooperation in Bloemfontein (Mangaung Local Municipality) in October 2010. The title of the conference was: Winning through twinning - City-to-city cooperation between Flanders and Southern Africa. In the report of the conference we included the presentations and the most striking conclusions of the workshops.
